BizMinder (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the BizMinder mobile application (“BizMinder”, “the App”) and related services at https://bizminder.easymanager.cc (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using BizMinder, you agree to this policy.

2. What BizMinder does

BizMinder is a business task management application. It lets you create and complete tasks, delegate work to contacts, organize projects and teams, receive reminders, and sync data with our cloud servers when you are online. The App is designed to work offline-first: changes made without an internet connection are stored locally and synced when connectivity returns.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Account & identity information

When you sign in, we collect and process:

• Phone number — if you use Phone/OTP sign-in via Firebase Authentication
• Google account information — if you use Google Sign-In (e.g. name and email address provided by Google)
• Display name and BizMinder ID (a shareable identifier for connecting with others)
• Profile photo/avatar — if you upload one

We do not collect or store traditional passwords. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).

3.2 Task & business data

To provide the Service, we store data you create or generate, including:

• Task titles, notes, descriptions, due dates, recurrence settings, status, and priority
• Project and team names
• Network connections (contacts you link with in the App)
• Assignment and delegation details
• Optional attachment metadata (e.g. voice note, image, or location references when you attach them to a task)
• Timestamps (created, updated, completed)

3.3 Device & technical data

We may collect:

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for delivering alerts
• IP address and general connection information when communicating with our servers
• Diagnostic information needed to maintain stability and security of the Service

3.4 Locally stored data

The App stores data on your device to support offline use, including:

• Task cache and pending sync queue (outbox)
• Session tokens (stored in secure storage where supported by your device)
• Preferences and reminder scheduling metadata
• Reminder ledger for local due-time notifications

This local data is used to let you work offline and sync when connectivity returns.

3.5 Permissions-based data (only when you grant permission)

You can deny permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.

4. How we use your information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate you via Firebase (Phone OTP and/or Google Sign-In)
• Sync tasks, projects, teams, and network data across your devices
• Deliver push notifications and local reminders
• Enable delegation and team workflows
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of the Service
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where applicable, we process data based on:

• Contract — to provide the App and sync your data
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and service improvement
• Consent — optional permissions (camera, microphone, location, notifications)
• Legal obligation — where required by law

6. Third-party services

BizMinder uses trusted third parties to operate the Service:

These providers process data according to their own policies. We share only what is necessary to operate the Service.

7. Data retention

• Account data is kept while your account is active.
• Task and sync data is retained to provide history and multi-device sync unless you delete it or request deletion.
• Local device data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
• We may retain limited logs for security and legal compliance for a reasonable period.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including:

• HTTPS for API communication
• Secure token storage on device (where supported)
• Firebase-managed authentication
• Access controls on our backend servers

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country (including by Google/Firebase and our hosting infrastructure). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Children’s privacy

BizMinder is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at support@easymanager.cc.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
