Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BizMinder mobile application and related services at https://bizminder.easymanager.cc (“Service”), operated by BizMinder (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using BizMinder, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

BizMinder is intended for business users. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and workplace policies.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Firebase Phone Authentication and/or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Notify us promptly at support@easymanager.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
  • Scrape or harvest data from other users without permission

4. Your content

You retain ownership of tasks, messages, images, voice notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sync, notifications, and proof review workflows).

5. Delegation & network connections

When you connect with another user or assign tasks, you are responsible for the accuracy of assignments and for obtaining any consent required to share business information with that party.

6. Service availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App supports offline use with later sync; conflicts may be resolved according to server timestamps and product rules. Features may change as we improve BizMinder.

7. Third-party services

Authentication and push delivery rely on Google Firebase and related providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BIZMINDER IS A TASK MANAGEMENT TOOL; WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZMINDER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using BizMinder at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may request account deletion by emailing support@easymanager.cc.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version at https://bizminder.easymanager.cc/terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
